Most logos embroider well. Our digitizers review your artwork and flag anything that won’t translate. Fine details, gradients, elements that need simplification. Minor adjustments sometimes improve how it stitches. You approve the digitized sample before production starts.
Digitizing takes 3 to 5 business days for new logos. Production depends on quantity. Small orders under 100 pieces usually ship within 7 to 10 business days. Larger programs or specialty materials may take longer. Rush service is available when you need it.
Absolutely. We set up the store, load approved products, and handle individual orders as they come in. Employees order directly, we embroider and ship. You maintain brand control without managing inventory or logistics.
It depends on the program. Single pieces are available through company store orders. Direct orders have minimums that vary by product type. We’ll walk you through options at quote so you know exactly what works for your volume.
We work from your Pantone specs and select the closest available thread match. Samples are provided for approval before production starts. For programs, approved thread colors are locked to your file so every order matches.
Yes. Approved artwork, thread colors, and placement specs are locked in our system. Every order pulls from the same file. Whether it’s your first run or your fiftieth, the result is the same.
Vector files work best. AI, EPS, or high-resolution PDF give our digitizers the most to work with. If you only have a raster file, share it and we’ll let you know if it’s workable.
