The Challenge
A regional healthcare system wanted to recognize the people who carried them through the COVID pandemic. Traditional celebrations weren’t possible — but leadership was determined to thank every employee in a meaningful, personal way.
Their idea was simple: let each employee choose a custom-branded gift and have it delivered directly to their home.
The logistics were anything but simple.
The program needed to support thousands of employees selecting from multiple apparel styles, sizes, colors, and logo options. Every order had to match the correct item, size, and address.
