Experiential interior branding for RTC communications
Seventy-five years of history. Thirty feet of wall. One day to install.
RTC Communications had just renovated a historic building and needed their space to tell their story. We collaborated on concept, design, and production to create a 30-foot custom history wall — a fully integrated installation that celebrates 75 years of community and brand.

The Challenge
RTC Communications had just finished renovating a historic building in downtown Washington, Indiana. The space was new. The story behind it was anything but.
With 75 years in the community, RTC wanted their environment to reflect both where they’d been and where they were headed. Not a standard wall graphic. Not a signage package. Something more — a centerpiece that felt immersive, intentional, and worthy of the building it was in.
The challenge was that the vision wasn’t fully defined. RTC had ideas and strong instincts, but needed a creative partner to help shape them into something real. The history wall in particular had to work as both storytelling and design — capturing decades of growth without feeling like a timeline, cohesive without feeling flat.
That’s not a production problem. It’s a creative one.
The Solution
We worked alongside RTC from concept through installation — collaborating across design, production, and execution to develop something that felt like it belonged there.
The centerpiece was a 30-foot custom history wall, designed to read as one continuous, connected piece despite being built from multiple materials and techniques. Keeping everything in-house gave us the ability to control quality at every stage and make refinements as the design came together.
The installation included:
- Custom wall vinyl graphics and creative storytelling elements
- Dimensional lettering and core values displays
- Multiple substrates including acrylic, PVC, and brushed metal
- LED backlit elements for depth and visual impact
- A fully integrated design connecting every element across the space
Every component was made to work together. Nothing feels added on.

The Results
The finished installation transformed RTC’s space into something that earns a second look — and a third.
- 30+ foot history wall completed as a single cohesive feature
- Installation finished in one day, ahead of a two-day schedule
- Zero disruption to business operations during install
- Multiple materials and techniques unified into one seamless design
For organizations investing in their physical space, the details are the difference between a wall that looks finished and a space that feels intentional. RTC’s history wall does both — and stands as a reminder of what’s possible when design, production, and craft share the same roof.
